St. Joseph School organized "Jolly Joeys" on 16th August 2024 for classes 1 and 2 on the theme "Caring for Our Common Home," emphasizing the urgent need to protect our environment. The event aimed to instil in young Josephites the importance of caring for our planet and fostering a sense of environmental responsibility. We extend our heartfelt thanks to our Principal Rev.Fr Rohan D'Almeida for his astonishing insights, which greatly enriched this initiative.
The event was further highlighted by a delightful dance performance from our Class 2 students, who captivated the audience with their energy and enthusiasm. Through this event, our little Josephites learned the importance of protecting our planet. As a symbolic gesture of this lesson, they took home plants sprouted from seeds planted in coconut shells, a simple yet powerful reminder of our shared responsibility to safeguard nature and our common home.
