ADMISSIONS TO PKG & LKG 2025-2026 (Boys & Girls)

Admission Procedure to PKG & LKG for the Academic year 2025-2026 will commence from 09 December 2024 to 16 December 2024 (Round 1) & 28 December 2024 to 05 January 2025 (Round 2).

Age Criteria:
PKG - 03 years as on 01 June 2025 & LKG - 04 years as on 01 June 2025

The E-application forms will be available on the school website- www.sjscbse.org, from 28 December 2024 to 05 January 2025 (Round 2). Download the application after filling in the requisite information. NOTE: - Application forms will NOT be issued in the school office.
The applications will be available online ONLY on the above-mentioned dates. Application forms will not be issued after the last date and enquiries or requests regarding the same will not be entertained.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

The application forms are available online at - www.sjscbse.org.
Key in the basic details and pay an amount of Rs. 500/- online to register and access the E-application form.
Duly fill in all the information in the E-application form. It is MANDATORY to fill in the name of the place of work/company/organization of the parent.
On clicking the submit button, a soft copy of the application with an e-application number is generated.
• It is MANDATORY to Download the application and submit the HARD COPY along with relevant documents (listed in annexure-1) at the registration desk in school from 03 January 2025 to 10 January 2025 as per the schedule given below:

Note: Applications will NOT be collected on Sundays, Second Saturdays, and Government Holidays.

• Kindly fill out and submit the E-application form only ONCE. Duplicate applications will be rejected.
• Incomplete applications will not be considered.
• Admissions are NOT on a first come first served basis.
• The preliminary interaction for admission of the shortlisted applicant must be attended by both the parents and the applicant, failing which it will be deemed not interested in the enrolment.
• Submission of E-application does not guarantee/assure a seat.
• The status of the application (of the applicants who are shortlisted as well as the ones who are not) will be informed through Application Portal (Schoolphins) and an email will be sent in last week of February 2025.
• Seats for PKG & LKG are limited.
• Parents are advised to apply for admission at other schools too.
• Any enquiries about admissions in person, will not be entertained.

ANNEXURE-1

The following must be submitted along with the duly filled application form at the school registration desk for it to be processed:

• Birth Certificate of the applicant (child) issued by the Corporation/Competent Authority with the applicant’s name on it (child should complete PKG: Three years of age by 01 June 2025 & LKG: Four years of age by 01 June 2025).
• Photocopy of the parents’ and applicant's Aadhaar card.
• Caste Certificate specifying the category of the applicant (wherever applicable).
• If the applicant is a Catholic, the Baptism Certificate and a letter from the Parish Priest, stating that the applicant's parents belong to his parish.
• If the applicant is a Christian, but belongs to a different denomination, a letter from the Pastor, stating that the applicant's parents belong to his church.
• Proof of residential address (Copy of Aadhaar card/Voter ID card/Passport/Electricity bill/Water bill). Incomplete/Inaccurate proof of residence is subject to disqualification.
