A JESCOL seminar 2021 was organized by the heads of St Joseph's Indian Institutions for the staff, in the School Auditorium on 30th January 2021. The resource persons for the day were Fr Jossie D' Mello SJ (Professor of Ignatian Spirituality) and Fr Olvin Veigas SJ (Professor of Theology). Fr Olvin Veigas spoke about the Jesuit Education Heritage in history from the Prism of Ratio Studiorum it was very informative session and was an epiphany of discernment in life's journey. The second session was taken up by Fr Jossie D' Mello SJ, who spoke about the Ignatian Spirituality and explained how it is a universal appeal which is meant for all. This seminar helped in understanding the purpose of collaborating as a Jesuit family. Hence, guiding us to be conscious of our role in following the footsteps of St. Ignatius of Loyola in making right decisions.
