"Christmas is forever, not for just one day. For loving, sharing, giving, are not to put away." - Norman Wesley Brooks This year, unlike so far, has unfolded experiences in strange ways, one that mankind has never witnessed before! As Christmas season gushed in December, an air of joy and stirrings of happiness & smiles beautifully re-kindled the warmth of our Lord's presence! St. Joseph's School CBSE came together this December to rejoice and spread the joys of the season of Christmas and united for the yearly celebrations. There were three different forums of celebrations held, at institutional and unit wise on 23rd December for staff and on 24th December that was conducted virtually for connecting with the students. St. Joseph's School CBSE Unit put together a warm celebration comprising of different program events. The celebration commenced with a Prayer Service, by SJIHS, thanking the Almighty for his constant bestowing of mercy and grace, especially during this challenging year. Respectful presence is a way for Christians to be present with persons of other religious traditions and expressing deep respect for those persons and their faith. A welcome speech was rendered by SJIC PUC after the thanksgiving prayer, followed by a beautiful, melodious rendition of Christmas Carols by SJIMS. A message-oriented Christmas skit was enacted thereafter by SJS CBSE and was thoroughly enjoyed by the audience. Fr. Provincial and Fr. Rector then addressed everyone with a Christmas message, followed by the Prize Distribution for all the winners of Christmas competitions. To add more fun and enjoyment to the wonderful celebrations, a string of dance performance by SJIMS and games were held, capturing fun moments of the entire team of SJCC. Finally, a vote of thanks was given by SJIHS and the entire celebration culminated in a sumptuous lunch arrangement for the gathering.
