ADMISSIONS - CLASS 11 2024-2025 (Boys & Girls)

    • The E-application forms will be available on the school website- www.sjscbse.org, from 02 January 2024 to 10 January 2024. Download the application after filling in the requisite information. NOTE: - Application forms will NOT be issued in the school office.

    • On clicking the submit button after filling out the form, a soft copy of the application with an e-application number is generated.

    • At the time of submission of the duly filled in E-application form, an amount of 500/- is to be paid online.

    • It is MANDATORY to submit the HARD COPY of the E-application form at the School Office between 16 January 2024 and 23 January 2024, Monday to Friday (10:00 am to 12:00 noon), Saturday (9:00 am to 11:00 am).

    • Admissions are solely at the discretion of the Management and Admission Committee.

    • Seats to CBSE Class 11 are limited; therefore, parents are advised to seek admission in other schools also.

    • Applications will NOT be collected on Sundays, Second Saturdays and Government Holidays.

    • Any enquiries about admissions in person will not be entertained.

    • Recommendations in any form will be considered as a disqualification for admission.

    • Incomplete application will not be considered.

    It is mandatory to submit the attested copies of the following documents along with the application for it to be processed:

    • a) Copy of the Class 9 Final Marks sheet duly attested by the respective School Principal.

    • b) Copy of the Class 10 Periodic Assessment - 2 / Half Yearly Examination Marks sheet duly attested by the School Principal.

    • c) Birth Certificate of the candidate issued by the Corporation / Competent Authority with the candidate's name on it.

    • d) Original Transfer Certificate after confirmation of Admission.

    • e) Caste Certificate specifying the category of the applicant (wherever applicable).

    • f) If the applicant is a Roman Catholic, Baptism Certificate, along with a letter from the Parish Priest stating that the parents belong to his parish.

    • g) A letter from the pastor of the church stating that the parents belong to his church, only if the candidate is a Christian, but not a Roman Catholic.

    • h) Proof of residential address (Copy of Aadhaar card / Voter ID card / Passport / Electricity bill / Water bill). Incomplete / Inaccurate proof of residence is subject to disqualification.

    • i) Photocopy of the Aadhaar card of the applicant and parents.

    • j) Passport size photographs with white background of the applicant and parents should be attached.

    • • All the shortlisted applicants must attend the entrance test in specific subjects for the application to be processed.

      • The status of the Application will be announced in the application portal (Schoolphins) and an email will be sent by the last week of February 2024.

      • The preliminary interview and interaction for admission of the shortlisted candidate must be attended by the parents as well as the candidate. Failure to attend the interview will disqualify the candidate from the admission process.
